1-on-1 Online Tutoring · Foundation to Year 12
One child. One expert tutor. One plan built entirely around them. Swift Smart Learning delivers live, 1-on-1 online tutoring across English, Math's and Science.
Did You Know?
But the industry is largely unregulated — anyone can call themselves a "tutor." That's why we built Swift Smart Learning around the standards parents are told to demand: verified tutors, a diagnostic before any teaching, and progress you can actually see.
Every tutor verified & background-checked
Every lesson is private never a group class

Why Families Choose Us
Most tutoring starts with topic one, page one. Ours starts with a question: where exactly is your child right now? Every student begins with a free live assessment, so their tutor builds a plan around real strengths and real gaps — then teaches to that plan, adjusting it every few weeks as your child improves.
The Swift Smart Promise
From early primary foundations to high school-deciding senior subjects — and the standardized tests in between.
Every tutor holds a current Working With Children Check and is interviewed and vetted before they teach a single lesson.
The tutor-student fit matters as much as the teaching. If it's not right, we re-match at no cost — no awkward conversations needed.
No rotating strangers. Your child builds a real relationship with one tutor who knows their history, habits and goals.
After-lesson summaries and regular progress updates — you'll always know what was covered and what's improving.
Book week to week, pause for holidays or exams, stop whenever you like. Tutoring should earn your loyalty, not trap it.
Sit in on lessons whenever you like — especially for younger children. Our tutors welcome your questions about their methods.
Programs
Strong foundations in reading, writing and numeracy the years where confidence is made or lost.
Close the gaps now, before they become senior-year problems.
Assessments that actually move your grades
Focused coaching for the tests that decide placements, scholarships and rankings.
Curriculum Aligned
"Are you familiar with the specific syllabus my child is studying?" — it's the first question every parent should ask a tutor. Ours can always answer yes, because we match tutors by state curriculum, not just subject.

FAQ
Quick answers about how our 1-on-1 online tutoring works.
Our lessons are live, 1-on-1 online sessions between your child and a tutor. Every family starts with a free diagnostic trial lesson, so we can see exactly where your child stands before building a plan around them. From there, the tutor builds a learning plan around your child's real strengths and gaps, matched to the curriculum they study at school. You receive after-lesson summaries and regular progress updates, so you always know what was covered and what's improving. Lessons are compatible on all devices, and you can book week to week with no lock-in contract.
Every child learns differently, so we can't make a blanket comparison. What we can tell you is how our online lessons are set up: they are live and 1-on-1, with the same tutor every week, one who knows your child's history, habits and goals. Parents are welcome to sit in on lessons whenever they like, especially for younger children. The free trial lesson lets you see exactly how a tutor teaches, and whether the fit feels right, before you commit to anything.
We have three plans. The Essential Plan (1 Class Per Week) is $23 / session, or $92 per month (4 sessions per month). The Growth Plan (2 Classes Per Week) is $20 / session, or $160 per month (8 sessions per month). The Excellence Plan (3 Classes Per Week) is $18 / session, or $216 per month (12 sessions per month). All prices are listed in USD, and tuition fees are billed monthly, with payment completed before scheduled classes begin. Your child's first lesson is free. For Multiple Subject Packages, Sibling Discounts or Customized Learning Programs, contact us. Full details are on our Pricing page.
Every tutor holds a current Working With Children Check and is interviewed and vetted before they teach a single lesson. When you book, you tell us your child's year level and subject and we match a syllabus specialist tutor. Tutors are matched by state curriculum, not just subject. Your child keeps the same tutor every week, and if the fit isn't right, we re-match at no cost.
Your child's free trial lesson is one hour. After that, how often you meet depends on your plan: 1, 2 or 3 classes per week. The length of regular lessons is agreed with your tutor based on the student's needs. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Our tutoring is designed to support student learning. Lessons are built around your child's real strengths and gaps and matched to their curriculum, and regular progress updates show you what was covered and what's improving. We do not guarantee specific grades, examination scores, admissions outcomes, scholarships or academic results, because individual performance depends on many factors, including student effort, attendance and engagement.
Our lessons are live online sessions and are compatible on all devices. If you're unsure about your setup, please contact us with any questions.
Our Test Prep page covers 11+, 13+, ACT, A-Levels, NAPLAN and HSC / VCE / QCE, and each test has its own page with more detail. On our Subjects page we also prepare students for Selective Exams, the OC Test, and GATE & Scholarships. Every test is taught one-on-one by a tutor who specialises in that exam's format. Preparation starts with a free trial lesson and diagnostic assessment, so the tutor knows exactly where to begin.
We tutor students from Foundation to Year 12. Our programs are Primary Tutoring (Foundation – Yr 6), Junior Secondary (Yr 7 – 10) and High School (Yr 11 – 12), plus Test & Exam Prep for all ages. Every subject is matched to your child's actual syllabus and year level. Subjects include Mathematics, English and Science; see our Subjects page for everything we tutor.
Tell us your child's year level and subject and we match them with a syllabus specialist tutor. Your child then has a free, no-obligation trial lesson, which is one hour. The trial is a diagnostic, so the tutor can see where your child stands, and you keep a written plan whatever you decide. It also lets you see how the tutor teaches, and whether the fit feels right, before you commit to anything. If it's not right, we re-match at no cost. To book, fill in the form on our Contact page and we'll be in touch within 24 hours.
Every lesson is 1-on-1, with a tutor matched to your child's syllabus. Your child gets the same tutor every week, a free diagnostic trial lesson, and a written, individualised learning plan. You receive progress reports after lessons, and parents are welcome to sit in. Scheduling is flexible and easy to change, and there are no lock-in contracts: book week to week, pause for holidays or exams, and stop whenever you like.
We match tutors to the specific curriculum your child's school follows. We support USA — Common Core Standards, UK — National Curriculum, Australia — Australian Curriculum, New Zealand — New Zealand Curriculum, Canada — Canadian Curriculum, IB — International Baccalaureate, Cambridge — Cambridge Curriculum and UAE — KHDA Curriculum. Lessons reinforce classroom learning instead of duplicating it.

Every student starts with a free diagnostic trial lesson, so the tutor can see real strengths and real gaps and build a plan around them. Lessons are shaped around how a student actually learns best, adjusting pace and approach rather than following a fixed script, and the plan is adjusted every few weeks as your child improves. Parents can sit in on lessons, especially for younger children, and our tutors welcome questions about their methods. If the tutor isn't the right fit, we re-match at no cost, and you can pause or stop whenever you like. If you have concerns, contact us and tell us how your child is finding it.
